| Pen&Internet and Seiko team up on handwritten note-taking solution |
||
| Under the partnership, Pen&Internet is introducing a new version of
riteMail for Windows, which supports the Seiko InkLink file format and
instant data input. Using riteMail, Seiko InkLink users can now take
notes in their own handwriting on paper for instant transfer to riteMail
on their laptop or desktop PC. In conjunction with the partnership,
Seiko will promote riteMail in shipping packages of InkLink, at its
website and in mailings to all registered InkLink users.
A growing mobile computing category, intelligent pens are targeted to anyone who takes notes - students, consumers, business professionals, and workers in vertical fields such as sales, health and insurance. In addition to Seiko, Pen&Internet has recently partnered with several other digital pen companies, including Anoto, a developer of Anoto digital paper, pen and server technologies, and with FingerSystem, makers of the i-pen, the first mass market electronic pen. http://pi.parascript.com/ |
