EZ-Expense has a unique approach to solving the missing expense application for Microsoft's Pocket PC platform.EZ-Expense is an enterprise application that is also marketed to the consumer market. Our product allows mobile professionals to capture expense information as they incur expenses. This reduces the number of non-reported expenses and errors. As well, as EZ-Expense saves valuable time for mobile professionals. EZ-Expense software comes with a Pocket PC application, an ActiveSync module for syncing to your desktop and a desktop database. The desktop database serves as a holding area for your expense reports. When you complete a trip you can select "Report to Excel". This will sync your expense information to one of our sample expense reports or to your corporate excel expense report. Our sync to excel is powered by a Visual Basic Macro that includes a digitally signed certificate. This assures you and your company that it does not contain any malicious viruses. You can customize this macro or you can contact Soft Pocket Solutions to customize it for you, for a nominal fee.
