(NYSE: SY), today announced the upcoming release of AvantGo® for the BlackBerry® platform from Research In Motion (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM). AvantGo for BlackBerry will give millions of Blackberry users the latest business, sports and entertainment news from the Web’s best brands all optimized for their Blackberry devices. The company is previewing the popular mobile Internet service’s support for BlackBerry to attendees of the Wireless Enterprise Symposium show this week, where Sybase is a gold sponsor (booth #301). AvantGo for BlackBerry will be available for general release within the next 30 days.

Availability
