(PSG), a privately held Winter Park, Florida leader in wireless solutions for law enforcement and public safety markets. The acquisition is expected to close by March 31, 2004 and be accretive to operating results beginning in the first quarter of 2004.
PSG's PocketCop(C) solution provides police officers and other security personnel instantaneous access to important criminal, civil and private database information in a wireless environment. PSG's PocketCop(C) is the first and only copyrighted handheld application that allows Law Enforcement Officers to access State and Federal databases over the wireless network for PalmOS, Windows CE and PocketPC. With the use of a portable wireless handheld device and PSG's PocketCop(C) application software, an authorized user can access suspect information such as Wanted, Warrant, Vehicle Registration and Driver License status.
