PRNewswire/ -- Handmark, Inc., the # 1 publisher of software for Palm OS(R) and Windows Mobile(TM) based devices, has signed an exclusive development agreement with top gaming studio Bearded Toad Entertainment. With this agreement Handmark gains an exclusive license to Bearded Toad Entertainment's Amphibian(TM) engine and with it the ability to rapidly release new titles on PDAs and multiple wireless platforms.

In its fifth generation, Amphibian(TM) enables Handmark and Bearded Toad to rapidly create high quality handheld and wireless multimedia titles for a wide variety of mobile device platforms. Handmark and Bearded Toad Entertainment previously worked on several Handmark projects including the new best selling Trivial Pursuit(R) Handheld Edition.
