| Circle Group Holdings, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CRGQ) reported today that the University of Illinois will create a Palm OS version of its Nutritional Analysis Tools ("NATS") web site in order to make its nutritional analysis information available to the growing number of Palm and other handheld device users, which is expected to surpass twenty-four million in the U.S. alone by 2005. Assistant Professor Dr. James Painter, co-developer of the original NATS site, will oversee the project. Circle Group Holdings, Inc. owns the worldwide rights for all fields of use to the Nutritional Analysis Tools website. Developed by Dr. James Painter at University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, NATS is a software and database system providing users from more than 90 countries the ability to monitor their dietary intake and fitness activities in a private convenient and effective manner. The NATS web site, http://nat.crgq.com/ , currently gets up to two million hits a month from health and nutrition seekers in ninety-two countries.
