On the spot at 11:11 a.m. on November 11, the
floodgates were opened. The Carnival season started in Germany, and
the SoftMaker web site came to a screeching halt when the orders for
TextMaker started hitting our server.
At 1 p.m., only two hours after the campaign start, all 1,111 copies of TextMaker had been given out. This would have meant that the campaign would have been over just after 120 minutes.
