| NASA sets requirements for next generation of space vehicles |

 WASHINGTON - NASA has released the basic requirements for a new space vehicle for missions to and from the International Space Station. The plans call for a space plane designed to transport a crew of four more safely, more cheaply and with less preparation time than the shuttle.
